We hope that you absolutely love your order, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. Items purchased, once the shipping box has been opened, may not be returned or exchanged.

Defective Products

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at support@locsandleather.com or leave a message through our contact form so we can advise you on the process of replacement through the manufacturer warranty. You also have the option of going directly to the manufacturer and submitting your request for a replacement.

After confirming your proof of purchase, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot exchange toys or other adult products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product.
